Effective date: 1 September 2026
- Who operates Dmlink. Dmlink and dm.link are operated by B16N Ventures AB, a Swedish limited company (Aktiebolag) with organization number 556913-5642 and VAT number SE556913564201. Our registered postal address is Kivra: 5569135642, 106 31 Stockholm, Sweden. Contact us at [email protected] or call +46 735 90 77 32. Payment and subscription support is available at [email protected]. In these Terms, “Dmlink”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean B16N Ventures AB.
- Your agreement. By creating an account or using Dmlink, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Content Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, and the purchase information shown before a transaction. Creator-authored content or fulfilment guidance is supplementary and cannot change the seller, payment, refund, chargeback, or Creator Compensation relationships stated in these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Dmlink.
- Key definitions. A "User" is a person who browses, follows, subscribes to, or purchases creator content. A "Customer" is a User who makes a purchase from Dmlink. A "Creator" operates a creator account and supplies content or related services to Dmlink. "Content" includes text, images, video, audio, messages, metadata, and other material made available through Dmlink. A "Customer Purchase" is a purchase, subscription, tip, or paid interaction supplied by Dmlink to a Customer through Dmlink. A "Customer Payment" is an amount the Customer owes Dmlink for a Customer Purchase.
- Eligibility. You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and be permitted to use the service where you live. We may request age, identity, address, business, ownership, tax, or payment information where reasonably required for safety, law, or payment processing.
- Account information and security. Provide complete and accurate information, keep it current, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Do not sell, transfer, share, or create an account for another person without authorization.
- Platform role and seller relationship. We provide and operate Dmlink. Dmlink acts as principal, seller, contracting party, and merchant of record for every Customer Purchase. The Customer purchases from and contracts exclusively with Dmlink. No purchase contract is formed between a Customer and a Creator. Creators separately supply Content and related services to Dmlink. We are responsible to Customers for providing access, support, refunds, chargebacks, delivery failures, and mandatory consumer rights. A Creator identified in a description is the person associated with the Content or interaction, not the legal seller. Purchase details shown at checkout form part of the Customer's contract with Dmlink.
- Customer Payments and Creator Compensation. Each Customer Payment satisfies a debt owed to Dmlink and, after settlement, is Dmlink's corporate property. We do not receive, safeguard, hold, or transmit Customer Payments for Creators or other third parties. Creator Compensation is a separate contractual obligation of Dmlink under these Creator Terms. It may be calculated by reference to eligible Customer Purchases, but it is paid from Dmlink's own funds and is not an onward transfer of a particular Customer Payment. Creators have no ownership, trust, safeguarding, or other proprietary interest in Customer Payments.
- Changes to Dmlink. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features for legal, security, operational, or business reasons. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. Availability is not guaranteed, and maintenance or dependencies may interrupt service.
- Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect on the date stated in the updated version after reasonable notice where required. Changes that must apply immediately for law or urgent security may take effect sooner. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance, but changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
- Content ownership and licence. You retain ownership of Content you upload. You grant B16N Ventures AB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, format, market, package, make available, sell access to, distribute, transmit, display, and otherwise use that Content as reasonably necessary to provide Customer Purchases; operate, secure, improve, promote, and enforce Dmlink; and grant Customers personal access to purchased Content. The licence lasts while Content remains on the service and for reasonable fulfilment, backup, legal, fraud, and enforcement periods. You must own the Content or hold every right and consent needed for this licence.
- Moderation and enforcement. We may review, restrict, remove, preserve, or report Content and may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people or systems, comply with law, investigate fraud, or respond to payment-provider requirements. We may act without advance notice in urgent cases. Where appropriate, we will explain the decision and provide a complaint route.
- Account closure. You may request closure at [email protected]. When your account is deleted, automatic renewal is turned off for your active subscriptions and no future renewal charges should be created. Account access ends when the deletion is completed; this does not create an automatic refund for unused time or past purchases. We may retain records after closure where needed for payments, disputes, tax, fraud prevention, safety, legal claims, or other lawful obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Disclaimers and liability. Dmlink is provided with reasonable care but without a promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible, or secure. We do not endorse Creator Content or guarantee creator income. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Any other limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
- Governing law. Swedish law governs this agreement. Consumers retain mandatory protections of the country where they habitually reside and may bring proceedings in any court available under mandatory law. Business disputes are subject to the competent courts of Sweden unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
- General. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without our written consent. We may assign it as part of a reorganization, financing, or transfer of Dmlink, provided your mandatory rights are not reduced.
- Purchase information. Before confirming a purchase, review the Creator, content or interaction, total price, currency, taxes, billing interval, automatic-renewal status, and any access period shown at checkout. Dmlink is the seller and contracting party. A Creator reference identifies the Content supplier associated with the purchase. Checkout information controls if it is more specific than these general Terms.
- Prices. Creators may propose prices or select from options made available by us. Dmlink has final authority to approve, reject, limit, or change each customer-facing price. A price becomes binding only when Dmlink offers it to the Customer at checkout.
- Digital delivery. Dmlink provides digital content and interactions through your account; there is no physical shipping. Purchased message and bundle access, message credits, and paid subscription access become available after successful payment confirmation. Payment verification can delay access. Paying to send a message delivers that message; it does not guarantee an immediate reply. Any specific fulfilment or access period is shown with the offer. Availability depends on account eligibility, applicable law, and the payment methods available in your country or region. If payment is confirmed but access is missing, contact [email protected].
- Payment processing. Payments are handled by one or more third-party payment providers. You authorize the provider to charge the payment method you select and to share transaction status, card brand, expiry information, partial card number, fraud signals, and provider identifiers with us. We do not receive your full card number or card security code.
- Authentication and fraud prevention. A payment provider, issuer, or Dmlink may require 3D Secure or another authentication step. We may use account, transaction, device, location, velocity, identity, and payment signals to prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized payments, and chargebacks. A transaction may be declined, delayed, limited, or reviewed. Do not repeatedly resubmit a payment after a definitive issuer decline; contact your bank or [email protected] if you need help.
- Currency, taxes, and bank fees. The currency and tax treatment applicable to a purchase are shown before confirmation. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion, cross-border, or other fees that Dmlink does not control.
- Processing fees. We may charge a processing fee in addition to the product price and applicable taxes. The fee may include a percentage component and a fixed component and may vary by billing location, currency, payment method, or transaction type. The applicable processing fee and final total are shown before you confirm the initial payment. For recurring subscriptions, the processing fee for a future renewal may be calculated using the rates applicable at that renewal. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law, and you can cancel before the next renewal.
- Statement descriptor and receipts. The descriptor applicable to your payment is shown at checkout or in the transaction receipt when available and may be set by the payment provider. Keep your receipt. If you do not recognize a charge, review your Dmlink purchase history and contact [email protected] promptly.
- Subscriptions. The checkout states whether a subscription is a one-time purchase for a fixed access period or renews automatically. One-time purchases end after their paid access period without another charge; a new purchase requires your authorization. Only subscriptions explicitly offered with automatic renewal renew at the billing interval and price disclosed at checkout until automatic renewal is turned off, payment fails, or the subscription otherwise ends. By subscribing to an automatically renewing plan, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method. We will disclose a material price change as required by law before it affects a future renewal.
- Refund and Cancellation policy — cancellation. You can turn off automatic renewal from the subscription controls in your account at My subscriptions. One-time purchases do not require cancellation to prevent renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, so access normally continues until then and no new renewal charge should be created afterward. Cancel before the next renewal date. If account controls are unavailable, email [email protected] with the account email and subscription details.
- Refund requests. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email, transaction date and amount, transaction or receipt identifier, and a clear explanation. Dmlink reviews and decides requests based on the purchase, access or delivery status, Creator performance, suspected fraud, payment-provider rules, and applicable law. Approval is not automatic. If approved, the refund is returned through the original payment route where possible; your bank controls when the credit appears.
- Digital content and withdrawal rights. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. Where EU or EEA law provides a withdrawal right for digital content or a digital service, that right is lost only when the legal conditions are met, which may include your prior express consent to begin performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledgement that the right will be lost. Terms text alone does not waive a statutory right. Defective, misdescribed, unavailable, duplicate, or unauthorized transactions may carry separate remedies.
- Disputes and chargebacks. If a charge is unfamiliar, duplicated, incorrect, or connected to unavailable content, contact us before starting a chargeback so we can investigate and, where appropriate, correct or refund it. This support-first request does not restrict a right to contact your bank or exercise a statutory remedy. We may investigate abusive, knowingly false, or repeated bad-faith disputes and may restrict the related account while protecting legitimate claims.
- Access to purchased Content. Access is personal, limited, revocable, and subject to these Terms. Do not copy, record, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Creator Content unless Dmlink expressly authorizes it.
- Application and ongoing verification. Creator access is subject to approval. You must provide accurate and complete identity, age, address, tax, payout, business, and beneficial ownership information requested by Dmlink or a payment provider. You must keep it current, cooperate with re-verification, and disclose prior processor restrictions or terminations when asked. Approval is not guaranteed.
- Creator relationship and responsibility. You supply Content and related services to Dmlink as an independent supplier. For personalized messages or interactions, you perform the applicable service for Dmlink so that we can fulfil the Customer Purchase. Dmlink remains responsible to the Customer. You remain responsible to us for your account, Content, fulfilment, taxes, and compliance even when an agency, manager, employee, or contractor assists.
- Content and fulfilment. Accurately describe paid Content and interactions, make the material conditions clear, and fulfil confirmed Customer Purchases promptly as our supplier. Do not create artificial purchases, misleading refund patterns, hidden recurring terms, or descriptions that differ materially from what Customers purchase.
- Compensation calculation. Unless a different written arrangement applies, standard Creator Compensation is calculated as 80% of the total amount charged to the Customer for each Customer Purchase, including any VAT or other applicable taxes and any processing fee. Refunds, disputes, payment costs, or other amounts disclosed in your creator account or agreement may adjust that calculation. The applicable compensation arrangement will be made available to you before paid activity. Any processing fee separately charged to the Customer is retained by Dmlink and remains included in the total amount used to calculate Creator Compensation.
- Creator Compensation. Creator Compensation is Dmlink's separate contractual payment obligation to you after applicable calculations for taxes, refunds, disputes, reversals, and other disclosed adjustments. It does not represent Customer money held for you. Dashboard figures may be pending or estimated until the relevant Customer Payment is settled and reconciled.
- Compensation payment setup. You must use an available payment method in a supported jurisdiction and complete all provider onboarding. Compensation payment availability, minimums, currencies, conversion rates, provider fees, and timing depend on the selected rail and are displayed in the account or communicated during payment review. Where the interface uses "payout", it means payment of Creator Compensation from Dmlink's own funds. We do not guarantee a fixed payment time.
- Refunds, disputes, and negative compensation. We may adjust or recover Creator Compensation for approved refunds, reversals, chargebacks, dispute fees, duplicate payments, fraud, or Creator non-performance. These are adjustments to our contractual compensation calculation, not reversals of Creator-owned Customer funds. If adjustments exceed accrued Creator Compensation, the account may show a negative compensation amount that can be offset against future Creator Compensation or recovered by another lawful method.
- Proportionate compensation payment delays. Dmlink or a payment provider may temporarily delay payment of accrued Creator Compensation when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unusual processing, elevated refunds or disputes, a Terms breach, identity or ownership concerns, a legal obligation, a payment-provider requirement, or expected negative compensation. The scope and duration should be proportionate to the identified risk. A payment delay does not mean that Dmlink holds Customer funds for the Creator.
- Risk controls. Cooperate with authentication, card verification, transaction monitoring, velocity or device checks, refund-first resolution, and reasonable evidence requests. Do not ask Users to evade 3D Secure, split transactions to avoid controls, disguise the nature of a purchase, use an inaccurate merchant category or descriptor, or resubmit definitive declines in a way that could harm Dmlink's processing profile.
- Taxes and records. You are responsible for your tax registration, invoices, filings, and records unless applicable law assigns a specific obligation to Dmlink. Report Creator Compensation accurately and provide your tax residence, taxpayer identification number, VAT, identity, business, and other information needed for lawful tax reporting. We may verify and report your identity, activities, and Creator Compensation to Skatteverket or another competent tax authority, including under DAC7 and applicable Swedish platform-operator rules. You may be treated as a seller or reportable seller for tax-information reporting purposes. That classification does not make you the seller or contracting party for a Customer Purchase and does not give you any interest in a Customer Payment. Seek independent advice; Dmlink does not provide personal tax advice.
- People appearing in Content. Every person depicted or heard must be at least 18. Verify identity and age, obtain and retain informed written consent for creation and distribution, and provide evidence when lawfully requested. The uploading Creator is responsible for rights, releases, revenue sharing, and compliance for collaborative Content.
- Advertising. Clearly identify advertising, sponsorship, affiliate promotion, or product placement, including with an appropriate label such as #ad where required. Advertising must be lawful, accurate, and consistent with the Content Guidelines.
Use Dmlink lawfully and respectfully. The Content Guidelines provide additional examples.
- Do not upload, request, promote, or facilitate illegal activity or illegal goods or services.
- Do not depict, target, exploit, groom, sexualize, or endanger anyone under 18.
- Do not post pornography or nudity, including imagery depicting sexual acts or exposed genitals.
- Do not post, request, promote, or facilitate sexual services, non-consensual intimate material, or sexual deepfakes.
- Do not use Dmlink to propose, arrange, coordinate, or discuss plans to meet another User or Creator in person.
- Do not threaten, harass, stalk, dox, extort, defraud, impersonate, or discriminate against another person.
- Do not post Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Do not distribute malware, spam, scams, fake engagement, misleading reviews, or unauthorized promotions.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with security, overload the service, or bypass access and payment controls.
- Do not copy, record, redistribute, or resell Creator Content without express authorization.
- Do not conceal paid promotion or make materially false claims about products, services, earnings, identity, or affiliation.
- Do not use Dmlink in a way that exposes Dmlink, Creators, or Users to unlawful or deceptive processing.
The Read the Complaints & Removal Policy for the information needed to report specific content or conduct, request a removal review, identify an urgent safety concern, and ask Dmlink to review a decision. The process is available to users, non-users, depicted people, representatives, and other affected persons.
General complaints may be sent to [email protected]. Payment and refund requests should be sent to [email protected]. Do not email full card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or unnecessary identity documents.
- These additional terms apply where Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 or an equivalent platform-to-business law covers a Creator's use of Dmlink.
- Dmlink may organize, recommend, search, or display Creator accounts and Content using factors such as relevance, recency, engagement, safety, completeness, availability, user choices, and promotional placement. Features and weighting may change to improve relevance, integrity, or security. Payment to Dmlink does not guarantee ranking unless a clearly labeled promotional product states otherwise.
- We may restrict or suspend a Creator for legal, safety, fraud, payment, quality, or Terms reasons. Where required, we will provide a statement of reasons and applicable complaint route, subject to lawful exceptions.
- Business complaints concerning account restrictions, technical issues, ranking, payment, or our compliance should be sent to [email protected]. We will review them fairly and communicate the outcome in plain language within a reasonable period based on complexity.
- Where applicable law requires mediation, the parties will consider an appropriate independent mediator in good faith. Mediation does not remove either party's right to seek judicial relief.
